Moffat G32D5/P8M Description

The Moffat G32D5/P8M Turbofan oven with proofer base enables users to proof and bake bread in one footprint. At once, the proofer cabinet can hold eight trays, and it has controls for adjusting the heat and humidity to create the best environment for each item. Fans provide even heating and slow airflow so that delicate products are not disturbed. Because the halogen lamps illuminate the interior, operators can watch bread as it rises. After the food is ready, it can be held until it is ready to bake.

Offering different baking modes, the Moffat G32D5/P8M oven and holding cabinet has manual settings and three-stage recipes that can be programmed into the oven. Baking times are tracked by a timer that can count down from 180 minutes or less, and after time has run out, the oven buzzes to alert the operator. To prevent baked goods from drying out, internal moisture is adjustable from levels one through five, and it can accommodate five trays at 31/3-inch intervals. This unit has a porcelain enamel interior that is slick, preventing food buildup and streamlining cleanup.
