Moffat G32D5/P8M Description

In a single footprint, the Moffat G32D5/P8M Turbofan oven with proofer base provides a proofing space and baking area. The proofer base can accommodate eight full-size trays of baked goods, and it uses low heat and a water tank to ensure bread rises without drying out. Fans circulate heat and moisture, spreading it evenly throughout the interior, while halogen lamps enable users to monitor the product as it rises. After proofing the product, it can be moved into the oven above.

This Moffat G32D5/P8M oven and holding cabinet has an oven that holds five trays spaced 31/3 inches apart. The interior temperature can be set from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and depending on the application, the moisture can be adjusted between five levels. Product can be left to bake as a countdown timer keeps track of the cook times, while operators can conveniently check food through the glass door. To prevent food and bacteria from building up, the oven interior has a nonstick porcelain-enameled surface.
