Moffat E31D4/2 Description

The Moffat E31D4/2 Turbofan 30D double convection oven quickly cooks food on eight shelves in its two cavities, enabling multiple items to bake at once. For cleaning, each cavity is porcelain enameled to fill in crevices, and the baffle and wire shelves are removable. Halogen lamps brighten the interior so product is visible through the double-pane glass, and lights can be turned on and off at the touch of a button. For durability, this convection oven is made of stainless, aluminized steel. Its doors retain hot air and stay cool to the touch with their welded stainless steel handles. The base stand and spacer between the ovens are made of stainless steel for structural strength, and to ensure even installation, the base has adjustable feet.

Each oven has its own individual controls, and for usability, the Moffat E31D4/2 double half-size convection oven has separate LED displays for the timer and temperature. The timers have two options--counting down from a specified time of 180 minutes or less or counting as high as 999 minutes. For loud kitchens, the countdown alarm's volume can be turned up. The temperatures can be set between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the real-time internal temperatures can be monitored on the digital display. Heat from the elements is circulated around the cavities by low-velocity fans, encouraging food to cook evenly, and a broil button uses just the top element for slow cooking. Popular dishes can be programmed into the ovens' memory and saved as a preset, speeding up operation and reducing operator error.
